iseffectiveinremovingpolysaccharidesandpolyphenoliccompoundsandisolatingintactplantRNA.AllcomponentsofRibospin^TM Plantarereadytouse,soanyfurtherpreparationforexperimentisnotrequired.
TheprocedureofRibospin^TM Plantbeginswiththedisruptionofsampleinliquidnitrogenusingmortarandpestle.ThedisruptedsamplecanbelysedinbufferRPLorREL.Inmostcase,bufferRPListhebestbuffer
forlysis.Howeverinsomeplantsamples,solidificationoflysatecanbeoccurredwithbufferRPLduetoendospermofseedorpeculiarmetabolitesandthiscanbeavoidedbyusingbufferRELasalternative
